Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and release notes
Translate technical designs into clear user-facing and administrative documentation
Support Agile delivery by documenting backlog items and sprint outcomes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT systems or software development
Experience translating technical concepts into clear documentation for varied audiences
Familiarity with documenting within Agile environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
