We are seeking a Developer to help redesign our financial engine real-time infrastructure and user-facing applications. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of CFTC-compliant systems supporting millions in financial transactions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership setting high standards for performance scalability and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for high-performance scalable systems
- Conduct thorough code reviews mentor developers and enforce coding standards
- Build and optimize backend systems APIs and market data pipelines
- Collaborate across teams to deliver secure compliant and maintainable solutions
- Analyze performance issues recommend improvements and drive DevOps best practices
