Position Summary :

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed SLP, delivering high-quality therapy to children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them improve developmental and communication skills.

Pay : $32 - $40 per visit. (35 - 60 minutes each visit)

Responsibilities :

Implement speech therapy treatment plans under SLP supervision

Provide direct patient care, including exercises, play-based activities, and functional interventions

Monitor and document patient progress accurately

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed

Educate families on strategies for communication and skill development at home

Maintain timely, clear, and organized clinical documentation

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Current Texas SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one

At least 1 year of pediatric and / or home health experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license
