Overview

The team supports the End-to-End Supply Chain with a primary focus on finished goods across the network. We plan, lead, and orchestrate the flow of inventory with the mission to align supply with demand using sophisticated analytics. Through planning and analytics, we provide operational, tactical, and strategic decision support. We are relied upon to identify and develop creative, innovative, and groundbreaking ways to advance supply chain capabilities of our growing brand. Your work will ensure customers receive the right products, at the right time, driving both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Leading technically, the Senior Developer uses analytics, new tools, and teamwork to innovate, improve decisions, and grow the supply chain. This role will be instrumental in providing guidance and technical support to developers and analysts while leading the design and delivery of end-to-end data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Transformation : Lead the extraction, transformation, and integration of large, complex datasets using advanced programming techniques to deliver actionable insights. Optimize and automate ETL processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Advanced Data Solutions : Design and implement predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and automated decision-support solutions to forecast trends and enable proactive business decision-making. Leverage advanced analytical techniques to translate business challenges into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a strategic partner with cross-functional teams. Provide mentorship on standard methodologies, suggest creative ideas, and ensure technical outputs align with business objectives.
• Data Visualization & Reporting : Develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards and data products to support both strategic leadership decisions and operational execution. Ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Logistics Domain Expertise : Apply deep supply chain and logistics knowledge to design data-driven solutions that address business challenges and improve operational performance. Serve as a subject matter expert within the supply chain analytics space.
• Technical Leadership & Support : Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to other developers and analysts. Lead code reviews, promote standard processes in coding and solution design, and foster a collaborative environment for continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Data Integration & Management : Experience with Snowflake or equivalent.
