Identity Security Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Identity Security.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Identity Security Engineers and implement IAM strategies aligned with cloud-native architecture

Drive integration of IAM across various platforms and automate identity provisioning and access reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed IAM controls and refine strategies based on emerging threats

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience

Strong experience with IAM tools and deep knowledge of IAM in cloud-native environments, particularly AWS

Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

Experience in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automating IAM operations

Solid understanding of compliance standards such as NIST, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
