Pay Range : $60 - $65 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for OTC trading and post-trade operations.
• Work closely with front office, middle office, and operations teams to understand trade lifecycle workflows and system dependencies.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQL and other analytical tools.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions , reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements, regulatory changes, and process improvements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) , test case preparation, and issue tracking.
• Document business processes, data mappings, and functional specifications .
• Liaise between business and IT teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
