Billing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Billing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and support of our billing systems, processes, and policies. This position involves reconciling orders, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Responsibilities :

• Provide input into the ongoing development and support of billing systems, processes, and policies.
• Reconcile orders for gas to match bill of ladings (BoL) and match invoice set to store.
• Reconcile amounts billed to stores compared to amounts paid by stores.
• Resolve and track billing issues as they arise, working with the fuel and accounting support teams to fix root cause problems.
• Process billing adjustments timely and accurately to fuel accounts, ensuring proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place.
• Conduct invoicing review and variance analysis with required sign off.

Essential Skills :

Work Environment :

Join a dynamic billing team on the fuel side, currently composed of around 12 members. This role requires effective communication with field managers and involves multiple teams responsible for processing invoices. The work environment encourages collaboration and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
