A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue expansion within an assigned book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Own the renewal process for assigned accounts and proactively mitigate churn risk
Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue
Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through consistent engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
A minimum of two years experience as a SaaS Account Manager is preferred
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to complete projects on time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must have a reliable internet connection of at least 10Mbps down
