We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our team’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate schedules, handle communication, and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Handle incoming emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Support on-boarding and orientation processes for new staff members.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure supplies are stocked.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Support special projects and events as needed.
