Responsibilities & Duties:
•Use your on- and off-site SEO skills to improve rankings and increase organic search traffic
•Monitor and review the performance of online programs, adapting these where necessary
•Work closely with the online advertising specialist in driving demand through search marketing, PPC and display advertising
•Project manage website rebuilds, ongoing development, or campaign-driven projects
•Liaise with developers and internal stakeholders to keep our web presence fresh and dynamic
Desired Skills and Experience:
•Previous online marketing experience with a key focus on driving B2B sales demand
•Entrepreneurial "test & learn" mindset with track record of innovation; ability to move & pivot quickly
•Passion for online marketing, demonstrated through up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends
•Experience generating website traffic through search marketing, PPC and display advertising programs
•Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to use data from Google Analytics to gain insights and drive decisions
•Experience with estimating impact of business requests and building business cases for change and investment that will ultimately drive revenue for the business
•Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; experience engaging with senior leaders
•Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation (such as Marketo), particularly for lead source tracking and landing page creation, is desirable
