We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team!.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant floor activities, as well as the production and processing of the Tortilla Factory.
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of food preparation
- Train and manage all personnel: Cashiers, cooks, kitchen and tortilla factory line workers
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Ensure Quality and portion control.
Inventory Control
Assist with human resources issues for all 60 employees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields for at least 2 years.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Specializing in Mexican Food, Fresh Meats and Vegetables.
Spanish Speaking a plus.
Fast Food Restaurant and tortilla factory.
