Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business. In-depth knowledge of business operations and financial management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications, if required.
