Salary :

Base hourly rate starting at $45 / hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation follows a "whichever is greater" model - you'll earn either your base hourly pay or a monthly production-based commission, whichever is higher!

Example earning potential :

• Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $7,500-$9,000 / month
• High-performing providers often exceed $10,000 / month through production-based compensation
