Experience : 5+ years in product / project management for power systems, data centers, or electrical equipment. Strong knowledge of NEC, UL standards, and data center power distribution. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with modular data centers or hyperscale customers is a plus. Mid?Senior level Full?time Engineering, Project Management, and Manufacturing Construction and Data Infrastructure and Analytics Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k)
Base pay range
$100,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our international client to source and hire a Technical Product Manager to join their expanding team in Round Rock, TX . This is a DIRECT HIRE Opportunity!
What Youll Do :
- Drive product roadmap and manage multi?discipline engineering projects from concept to shipment.
- Lead design reviews, project schedules, and integrated engineering efforts.
- Interface with customers on requirements, scope, and change management.
- Define performance and compliance requirements (UL, NEC, IEEE).
- Partner with supply chain and manufacturing to optimize cost and lead time.
- Support sales with technical presentations and RFP / RFQ responses.
