Product Operations Engineer

A company is looking for a Product Operations Engineer to design, build, and scale systems that enhance product development.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain product automation using GitHub Actions and other tools

Evolve the GitHub powered triage system for feedback management

Design scalable processes for release management and cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications

Experience in building automation with GitHub Actions, webhooks, and APIs

Proficiency with Slack APIs or similar for creating bots and integrations

Hands-on experience using LLMs / AI tools in production workflows

Background in designing product processes at a startup or high-growth company

Ability to write scripts and lightweight tooling (Python, JavaScript, bash)
