Multi-state design firm is seeking a Senior Transportation / Roadway Engineer for their team in St. Louis!

Responsibilities :

• Provide high-level project design
• Review of project documents and design quality for complex projects
• Use technical expertise to apply advanced engineering concepts / develop solutions for complex issues
• Ensure projects meet QA / QC standards and project objectives
• Lead staff on design approaches to fulfill project requirements
• Work with other disciplines to promote efficiencies and produce high quality work
• Assist with the development of standards and / or guidelines for engineering activities within the team
• Supervise / mentor / train junior staff
• Build / maintain client relationships

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
