About the Role

The Company is seeking mid-career real estate operators to join its Cohort Program, which is designed to accelerate the growth of multifamily or industrial real estate GP businesses. The ideal candidates will have a strong local presence, a proven track record in real estate investment, and a clear, sustainable investment strategy. The program is not for those focused on short-term, transaction-driven approaches, but rather for long-term investors with a fiduciary mindset, prioritizing quality and durable cash flow. Minimum requirements include 5-15 years of experience in real estate investing, debt brokerage, or asset and property management, a history of independent transaction execution, extensive underwriting experience, and the ability to source significant real estate deals in their market. Successful applicants will participate in an immersive Launch Week, where they will learn and refine their investment strategies, and will benefit from ongoing mentorship, capital support, and a strong network of industry professionals. The program is designed to help operators build and scale their businesses, with a focus on long-term success and growth.
