JOB SUMMARY
Evergreen Healthcare Group is hiring an experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations to oversee our 3-5 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Eastern South Dakota.

• Experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities in South Dakota is preferred

• Must live in or around the eastern side of South Dakota and able to travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the state of South Dakota, most of the travel will be day trips when you live on the eastern side of South Dakota.

• Will relocate for the right candidate.

• Prefer Regional Clinical Operations and Director of Nursing experience.

Job description:

Award winning company is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations who will implement clinical processes and monitor clinical systems for quality control for 3-5 Skilled Nursing Facilities in eastern South Dakota.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a solid clinical background as a Director of Nursing. Multi-facility skilled nursing leadership experience is highly preferred.

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will possess the skills required to effectively manage multiple Directors of Nursing and guide the staff to the highest levels of regulatory compliance.

Regional Director of Clinical Operations requirements:

• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Regional Nurse preferred

• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing required

• South Dakota State RN License

Regional Director of Clinical Operations responsibilities:

• Participates in the quality improvement process

• Evaluates facility performance and conducts inspections as necessary

• Audits facility documentation and makes recommendations for improvement

• Provides clinical guidance to ensure optimal quality of care in assigned region

• Ensures facility compliance with federal, state and local regulations

• Monitors Infection Control and Incident Reports

• Follows through with DONs and LNHAs on Quality Improvement recommendations
