Security Officer - Armed Dispatch Driver Aero / Defense

As a Security Officer - Armed Dispatch Driver Aero / Defense in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As an Armed Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining clear communication with onsite teams. This position requires both armed and driving responsibilities. You will serve as a reliable presence, providing excellent customer service and upholding the high standards of Allied Universal. Pay Rate : $26.24 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 01 : 45 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Fri 01 : 45 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 01 : 45 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 01 : 45 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Monitor and manage access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or security-related breaches at the location.
  • Coordinate and dispatch security-related personnel and resources to incidents and / or requests for assistance as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs and communication records to support incident response and investigations.
  • Respond to alarms and / or reported incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and / or contractors as needed.
  • Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and / or unusual activities.
  • Support emergency response activities by coordinating with on-site teams and following location-specific procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or hold a college degree.
  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
