801 Chophouse Denver is hiring for a Food Runner/Server Assistant.

This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) front of the house (FOH) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink.

Requirements & Expectations:
This position assists service staff to ensure efficiency & a positive guest experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-end / fine dining establishment is desired.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must be available to work 4-5 days, any day of the week, including evenings, weekends & some holidays.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with the public while maintaining a strong sense of hospitality, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to hear/communicate clearly with staff in noisy, fast-paced kitchen area.
Ability to memorize & quickly recall table numbers/locations to deliver food.
Ability to communicate clearly while demonstrating warmth & professionalism to guests in a busy, fast-paced & high-stress environment.
Ability to maintain regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
Physical ability to frequently lift bus pans and trays weighing up to 50lbs while maintaining balance to avoid drops and spills
Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
