Job Description:

Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO services and to sell the benefits.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and educational presentations
2. Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
3. Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
4. Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
5. Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify "Target 25" (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)
6. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met
7. Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO referrals
8. Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals

Qualifications:

• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient in use of computer and mobile devices
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Ability to attend after hours events as needed
• Job requires use of personal vehicle with paid mileage reimbursement
• Valid CA drivers license

Full and part time positions are available. Hourly base pay plus incentives and commission.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
