[job_card.job_description]Craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections. Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries. Management of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients. Deliver evidence-based nursing care through effective patient assessments, planning, and intervention. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate patient care. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to foster a healing environment. Participate in discharge planning and evaluate care effectiveness for continuous improvement. Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. Exceptional communication, organization, and critical thinking skills are essential.

As a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in our Neurosurgery Unit, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to a diverse and complex patient population. With a focus on post-operative care for various neurosurgical procedures, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team.
