Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to refresh in‑app content for key features including P2P payments, referrals, cash back, and budgeting.
  • Lead a full review and rewrite of app content in the lead‑up to and during our native app conversion – ensuring clarity, continuity, and a cohesive customer voice.
  • Contribute to the next evolution of our client content approach and help define our broader content strategy.
  • Support exploration and sourcing of third‑party financial education content partners to enhance our educational library.
  • Continue supporting new feature work post‑conversion while helping shape the long‑term content model for the client line of business.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience writing for consumer fintech, banking, or mobile app environments.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex topics with warmth, clarity, and consistency.
  • Comfortable collaborating across product, UX, and marketing teams in a fast‑moving environment.
