Medical Front Desk - Physical Therapy

Join Vancouver Clinic as a Front Desk Rep at our new Physical Therapy location in Fisher's Landing!

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours / week. Monday through Friday. Two schedules available : 6 : 45am-3 : 45pm OR 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm.

Location : Fisher's Landing 16821 SE McGillivray Blvd. Town Center One, Suite 104, Vancouver, WA 98683

Compensation : generally is between $18.00-$20.55 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Position Details :

Welcome and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism

Collect co-pay and verify insurance

Deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced front desk environment

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .

Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.

Experience with Epic preferred.

Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.

Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range : $16.89 - $23.65
