Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications through various channels including phone, email, and online chat. Your primary objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of service.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs more effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software, including CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
