About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Assembler to join our growing team and help build custom commercial rooftop units—similar to large HVAC systems. You’ll use hand and power tools to assemble these units and assist with general shop tasks like sweeping, shrink-wrapping, and cleaning to keep operations running smoothly. As you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble custom rooftop units using hand and power tools.
• Perform shop upkeep: sweeping, shrink-wrapping, and cleaning.
• Work collaboratively with a small, friendly team.
• Grow into additional responsibilities as your skills develop.

Work Environment

• Large, climate-controlled warehouse with natural light and high ceilings.
• Casual dress code (steel-toe boots required).
• Two paid 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute lunch.
• Small, close-knit team where your contributions matter.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
