Lead Photonics Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Process Engineer Photonics Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to gather specifications and requirements for process design

Develop detailed manufacturing processes and documentation for photonic systems

Collaborate with engineering teams to drive process improvements and mentor fellow engineers

Required Qualifications

Relevant undergraduate degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or material engineering; advanced degrees preferred

8+ years of experience in optics / photonics advanced packaging design and process development

Experience in photonic packaging or system build methods and processes

Familiarity with optic and photonic package design and related systems

Knowledge of testing for packaged ASICs, photonics, and systems
