If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our firm is looking for a Paralegal with litigation experience and experience handling their own caseload. Responsibilities :

As a Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our legal team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

1. Managing and organizing all aspects of case files from inception to conclusion.

2. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.

3. Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, court proceedings, and other meetings.

4. Maintaining case management system and ensuring accurate and timely updates.

5. Coordinating and managing deadlines, appointments, and document signings.

6. Communicating with clients, court officials, and other parties in a professional manner.

7. Assisting with trial preparation, including witness coordination, trial exhibits, and trial binders.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Paralegal position will have the following qualifications :

1. A[aralegal experience, preferably in a law firm.

2. Proficiency in Case Management and other legal software.

3. Strong research and report-generating skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

8. Knowledge of legal terminology and principles.

9. A degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.

10. Paralegal certification is a plus.
