Competitive Compensation and Benefits

Annual Full-Time salary : $80,000–$100,000.

Part-Time Salary : $50-$60 an hour.

Our salary is based on realistic expectations of the hours our therapists actually work, not on unrealistic fee-for-service models that assume long hours and offer only 1099 pay with no health insurance, benefits, or paid time off. At Aevum, you get a stable salary, full benefits, and paid time off.

No fee-for-service model :  Enjoy stability and the freedom to prioritize patient outcomes. Full-time providers are paid an annual salary. Part-time providers are paid an hourly rate.

Primary Responsibilities :

Conduct in-depth assessments and create individualized treatment plans.

Provide psychotherapy to address mental health needs and psychological aspects of medical issues.

Support through case management : Help patients follow through on their treatment plans and connect with resources to promote their recovery and well-being.

Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
