A company is looking for a Clinical Admin Manager to oversee compliance, quality assurance, and training within the clinical operations department.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee licensing partnerships and maintain compliance documentation
Implement and manage a clinical Quality Assurance program
Plan and organize practice-wide training and continuing education programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-state provider licensing and credentialing
Experience in clinical education or practice management in a virtual / hybrid setting is preferred
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in defining and tracking metrics related to the role is a plus
