With large annual revenues and an aggressive growth plan, we're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting operations and help shape the financial future of our company. As an industry leader with over 100 team members, and a growing multi-location footprint, we're seeking a bold, results-driven leader.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee all accounting functions : A / R, A / P, GL, payroll, and job costing
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial performance and project profitability; drive cost control strategies
• Own and optimize the job costing process and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting
• Collaborate with operations to align financials with project execution
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor a small, high-performing accounting team
• Implement process improvements and optimize financial systems

Compensation : Base salary of $100,000$120,000, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits
