Salary : $83,200 - 83,200 per year

Requirements :

• We require proficiency in either Python and / or JavaScript as a foundational skill. You must also be adept in at least one other programming language or framework such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, HTML / CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, or Swift to tackle coding challenges (similar to what is found on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank). For each problem you tackle, you'll be expected to articulate how your solution effectively addresses the issue. Additionally, fluency in English and strong attention to detail are essential. Excellent writing and grammar skills are also needed, along with the completion or progression towards a bachelor's degree.

Your role will involve devising diverse challenges and solutions for our coding chatbots. You will write high-quality answers and code snippets while also assessing the code quality generated by AI models in terms of accuracy and performance.

We seek adept programmers to enhance our team and assist in training our AI chatbots in coding. In this role, you’ll engage with the chatbots we’re developing, monitoring their advancement, and writing and evaluating code. As part of our application process, you’ll undertake an assessment, and successful candidates will be assigned projects based on the quality of their work. Most of our top candidates find value in working between 5 to 20 hours weekly, with the possibility of extending up to 40 hours.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to choose projects aligned with your interests and work according to your own schedule. Compensation is hourly, with the added potential for bonuses based on the quality and quantity of work completed. Please note, that payments are processed via PayPal, and we will never request any fees from you.
