Program Analyst

The Puyenpa family of companies that are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. We are seeking a Program Analyst to join us on a proposal effort. This role will support prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reportsand tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.

Work Location : On-site; not remote : Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA.

Employment would begin upon contract award

Requirements :

• Two years of work-related experience in management support. Demonstrated technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, three years of specialized experience in : financial planning, budgeting and execution of project funds for allocation purposes; integrated management schedule (IMS) development and tracking for planning and budgeting; coordination of task planning, schedule development and task execution for DoD and Navy programs and projects.
• Skill set requires demonstrating both a comprehensive knowledge of software applications and best business practices along with a high degree of skill in applying software functions necessary to prepare complex and detailed documents utilizing the Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products and providing management support.
• Experience in processing complex and lengthy technical reports that include tables, graphs, charts, or multiple columns, participating in Technical Progress and Design Reviews and program technical meetings, and providing status and inputs to technical reports, white papers and meetings.
• Clearance : Active Secret.
• Certification : IAT II level with a T3 investigation.
• Must sign Letter of Intent.
