Operations Analyst

About the Company:

Our client is a leading asset manager within the digital assets industry that offers a variety of public and private investment products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform selected operational functions for various investment products
• Create and maintain operational workflows and procedures
• Liaise with the firm’s service providers including its transfer agent, external counsel, banking, and brokerage partners
• Assist in the maintenance of investor records and data
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operational framework and processes
• Assist in the implementation, performance, and documentation of internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of investment management operations experience
• Experience at a financial services company
• Experience related to SOX 404 internal control compliance
• Series 7 preferred

Salary Range:

$75,000-$95,000
