HOME CARE AIDE / CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT

$$$16.00/ AN HOUR

We are beginning IMMEDIATE interviews today with Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced Home Health Aides, Caregivers who will provide in-home care for our client in RAVENNA, MI

• $16.00 PER HOUR
• 24-36 HOURS PER WEEK. 2 TO 3 DAY SHIFTS.
• 24-36 HOURS PER WEEK 2 TO 3 NIGHT SHIFTS.
• 7AM TO 7PM OR 7PM TO 7AM

JOB DUTIES:

• Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and conducts Range of Motion exercise.
• Assists patients with gait belt transfers.
• Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks.
• Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Records patient information by making electronic charting entries; notifying nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions. (We will train you! ... it's easy!)
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepsis standards and procedures; maintaining security precautions; following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards;
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
• Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Nursing Skills, Health Care Administration, Patient Services, Verbal Communication, Listening, Training , Dependability, Emotional Control, Medical Teamwork working beside LPN Skilled Nurse Team
