We're seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our client in the enterprise financial space. This role supports software delivery pipelines for representative-facing Salesforce technologies, focusing on CI / CD pipeline oversight, automation, and cross-team release management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce DevOps engineer with strong technical depth, communication skills, and the ability to self-direct while collaborating across multiple development teams.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $47 - $52 / hr. W2

Responsibilities

• Support DevOps functions for Salesforce Retail and 10+ Salesforce platforms (CI / CD pipelines).
• Manage daily release tasks : code integration, build creation, validations, dry runs, and backout activities.
• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce orgs utilizing Copado for CI / CD.
• Automate Salesforce project releases and manage deployment processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate dependencies between teams and systems, ensuring stable release cycles.
• Communicate deployment status and updates clearly across technical and business stakeholders.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
