A company is looking for a State Health Lead to design and execute growth strategies in state Medicaid and adjacent health markets.
Key Responsibilities
Build a multi-year state health growth roadmap across various healthcare programs
Serve as the primary relationship owner for state health executives in prioritized states
Translate state challenges into scalable opportunities supported by ROI modeling
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience working with state health agencies
Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and model frameworks
Experience with Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and Managed Care Organizations (MCO)
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with state health officials and policy leaders
