A company is looking for a 2026 Organizing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and delegate responsibilities to members of the organizing team

Manage and lead a team of RODs and COs, fostering a supportive team culture

Ensure timely data entry and manage organizing staff during large-scale trainings

Required Qualifications

Management experience

Existing relationships in key states (Iowa, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin) preferred

Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, is a plus

Ability to evaluate and hire Community Organizer applicants

Experience in monitoring and identifying trends in recruitment pipelines
