Colorado Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in Addiction Medicine for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing care for individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs)

Incorporate harm reduction practices and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary care team

Complete visit documentation and provide feedback to enhance digital treatment platforms

Required Qualifications

Active NP license and PMHNP certification in the state of residency

Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting

Degree from an accredited nursing program and a graduate-level clinician program

Experience managing SUDs within a chronic care model

Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing tools
