As our Mental Health Worker, you will perform assigned patient care activities as a vital member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, providing essential support for the patient's therapeutic treatment plan.
Every day you will observe and meticulously record patient information pertinent to the treatment plan, promptly reporting this information to the Staff Registered Nurse. You must also be capable of physically assisting patients and effectively dealing with patient emergencies.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate an exceptional ability to observe and accurately document patient behavior, react effectively in emergency situations, and collaborate seamlessly as a member of a clinical team.
