Cloud Engineer | Hybrid, Devens, MA | $130,000 $145,000 + Benefits

A well-established firm in Devens, MA is seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to join its growing IT team. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure + Active Directory)
  • Lead networking, firewall, and security configurations across cloud environments
  • Manage virtual machines, storage, SSO, conditional access, and enterprise applications
  • Implement MDR / XDR antivirus solutions and support security audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize systems
  • Stay current on cloud trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement

    • Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years in IT, with a strong focus on cloud engineering
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and Windows environments
  • Experience with MDR / XDR cybersecurity tools
  • Strong documentation and collaboration skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • $130,000 $145,000 base salary
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage (Blue Cross)
  • 401(k) with company match and profit sharing after 1 year
  • One remote day per week (4 days on-site)
