What We Do
We provide complete residential landscape design and construction management—bridging creativity with execution. Our expertise covers hardscape, planting, lighting, irrigation, and drainage systems.
We manage projects from concept through completion to protect design integrity, budget, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
As Construction Manager , you’ll lead the full lifecycle of residential landscape construction projects—ensuring every detail is delivered on time, on budget, and to M. Hudson Design standards.
This is a leadership position for an A Player : someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-trust environment.
Core Responsibilities :
Manage all phases of landscape construction—from design handoff to project closeout.
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure precision, safety, and excellence.
Lead client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
Monitor design implementation to ensure alignment with intent and quality standards.
Run weekly team sprints, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Uphold company core values through leadership, communication, and action.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of leadership experience managing high-end residential landscape construction.
Strong technical knowledge in landscape construction, including hardscapes, grading, drainage, irrigation, and lighting.
Skilled in project management tools and Google Workspace.
Exceptional communication and leadership ability.
PMP certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $95,000–$125,000
Bonus : Up to 30% annual performance-based incentive
