JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Lead Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our B2B SaaS marketing efforts, focusing primarily on optimizing the lead funnel through a blend of strategic growth hacking and insightful analytics. The role involves defining the buyer journey for MidMarket customers, innovating multi-channel demand generation campaigns, and deploying targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to foster engagement and increase revenue. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Lead and optimize B2B SaaS lead funnels through data-driven growth hacking strategies.
Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts to drive engagement and revenue.
Define and enhance the buyer journey for MidMarket customers, focusing on optimal touchpoints.
Design customer-backed demand generation campaigns informed by MidMarket customer insights and personas.
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to optimize utilization of DemandGen technology.

Must have Skills

Proven B2B marketing expertise in SaaS / Technology sectors.

Strong analytical and strategic skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Industry Experience Required :

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product and / or sales marketing within SaaS / Technology domains.
