About the Role

We're looking for a User Experience Visual Designer to create engaging visual designs for both digital and print media. You will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality materials that reflect our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative, self-starter with a strong eye for design, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Branded Materials: Create high-quality digital and print assets including social media graphics, website visuals, marketing collateral, presentations, and advertisements.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Develop engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Assist in designing user interfaces and digital experiences, working alongside UX/UI teams when needed.
• Motion Graphics & Multimedia: Utilize After Effects to create animated content and motion graphics for digital marketing.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to typography, visual hierarchy, and design principles for a cohesive brand presence.
• Project Management: Effectively manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a User Experience Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout composition.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Experience with UI/UX design or motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
• Must be coachable, a team player, and a self-starter who takes initiative.
• Videography experience is a huge plus!
