We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chiropractor to join our growing practice. If you are driven to succeed and eager to make a significant impact in patients' lives, we want you on our team! You will be pivotal in leading our new, state-of-the-art clinic in Chapel Hill, NC.

As a key member of our team, we are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is ready to take on the role of Clinic Director. We value continuous learning, strong communication skills, exceptional manual adjusting capabilities, and a willingness to engage actively in training and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct consultations and examinations, including a review of medical history and focused physical assessments.
• Obtain and document patients' medical histories as necessary.
• Perform diagnostic x-rays and analyze findings to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evaluations and diagnoses.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and the benefits of ongoing chiropractic care.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments as part of patient treatment.
• Track and report key patient management metrics to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and charting.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct patient follow-ups to assess progress and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Foster meaningful patient relationships to encourage referrals.
• Lead weekly staff training sessions.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing programs.
