Title Abstractor III

A company is looking for a Title Abstractor III to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed title research and analysis for right-of-way acquisitions

Examine and analyze various legal documents affecting title and resolve ownership issues

Prepare accurate title abstracts and support documentation while coordinating with project teams

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Five or more years of experience in title abstracting, particularly for right-of-way projects

Working knowledge of public infrastructure or transportation projects preferred

Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional title research systems

State-specific title or right-of-way certifications preferred, where applicable
