divh2Supplier Program Manager (SPM) / h2pSaab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Supplier Program Manager (SPM) to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will provide Supply Chain support to our Air Traffic Management (ATM) programs. As an SPM, you will oversee all aspects of the programs relationships with critical suppliers, ensuring successful and timely material deliveries essential to the execution of Saab programs. Responsibilities include : / pulliLead the strategic management of assigned suppliers and their material deliveries. / liliCoordinate and facilitate weekly teleconferences to review purchase order status, material schedules, and anticipated deliveries. / liliTrack, maintain, and report key metrics on supplier on-time delivery and associated risks. / liliDevelop, monitor, and update material forecasts to support timely recognition of forecasted revenue commitments to the business. / liliProvide weekly updates to Supply Chain leadership on program accomplishments, milestones, action items, and risks. / liliLead and / or support proposal efforts by providing material cost and labor inputs. / liliConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with critical suppliers, addressing performance in quality, cost, and delivery. / liliDrive resolution of technical and programmatic issues with suppliers. / liliAssist in the development of metrics, reporting, continuous improvement efforts, and other strategic initiatives. / li / ulpCompensation Range : $112,900 - $146,800 #CJ The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidates work experience, key skills, and education / training. / ppSkills and Experience : Required Qualifications : / pulliSupply Chain experience supporting the U.S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD), or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). / liliBachelors degree with 10+ years of related experience, OR Masters / MBA / JD degree with 8+ years of related experience. / liliComprehensive understanding of the procurement process, including sourcing, supplier qualification, order placement, on-time delivery tracking, and expediting. / liliExperience working within an ERP system. / liliKnowledge of contracting methods and contract types. / liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply sound judgment and creativity. / liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. / liliFinancial acumen, with the ability to evaluate cost reasonableness. / li / ulpDesired Qualifications : / pulliProfessional certification or advanced degree. / lili5+ years of experience in a production and / or development environment, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry. / liliExperience managing U.S. Government, DoD, or FAA contracts. / liliCross-functional experience collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and / or Program Management teams. / liliExperience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification). / liliUnderstanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). / liliExperience supporting program teams and reporting to business leadership. / liliWillingness to travel up to 25% (approximately 1 - 2 trips per quarter) in support of program and business development activities. / liliAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. / li / ulpCitizenship Requirements : Must be a U.S. citizen.
