Position Overview: We are seeking a Tax Senior or Tax Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality client service while mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and sign off on individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff members

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Stay up to date on tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)

• EA or CPA designation (required)

• 3+ years of prior experience in public accounting (preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
