Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and role requirements
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans and maintain accurate data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools
Ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
