Redeemer Preschool is seeking a warm, dedicated, and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. Our previous Lead Toddler Teacher resigned, and we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible to maintain consistency and care for our children and families.

About the Position
The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers, guiding their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
• At least one year of experience working in a licensed childcare center as a Lead Teacher
• Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance
• Ability to collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with families
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their early learning journey

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and curriculum
• Maintain a warm, engaging, and structured learning environment
• Ensure safety, supervision, and wellbeing of all children in your care
• Build positive relationships with families and maintain open communication
• Work collaboratively with assistants, staff, and administration
• Follow licensing rules, best practices, and center policies
